Chris Nesselroade

Chris graduated from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington (B.A. Criminal Justice) and has spent over 20 years at W.B. Brawley and Company. Since 1997, he has supported and managed the growth of the company in business development, contract management, and client relations as a military contractor. As President, Chris provides company oversight and leadership servicing all branches of the military, commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and senior living projects throughout the US and overseas.

Steve Ezzell

Chief Financial Officer

Steve graduated from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington (M.B.A and B.S Accounting) and has over 27 years of experience in construction financial management of general and subcontracting firms in both public and private projects. As Chief Financial Officer, Steve manages project costing, financial reporting, short/long term budgeting and cost controls. He also maintains his Certified Public Accountant- NC status, along with a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional designation by the Institute of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professionals.

Robin Novak

Chief Marketing Officer

A graduate of The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (B.S. Textiles & Design), Robin has over 25 years of marketing, sales, interior design, project coordination and management experience in military, hospitality, and commercial work space. As Chief Marketing Officer and Interior Design Manager, Robin leads the W.B. Brawley Interior Design group and oversees all primary military client contact and sales development in the United States and overseas.

Jon Gore

A graduate of East Carolina University (B.S. Construction Management), Jon oversees all phases of designated construction, infrastructure and maintenance service contracts for military and private sector clients. As Construction Manager, he leads all aspects of design-build, vertical construction, renovations, and tenant improvements. He also maintains his OSHA and many other construction related training and certifications.

As a graduate of Cornell University and a lifelong learner, Jody remains not only relevant in a rapidly changing industry, but he helps to identify the needs and implement the technologies that are creating change. Working with Information & Communications Technology (ICT) and the Internet of Everything (IoE), Jody partners with end users & agencies, architects & engineers, developers & contractors, and manufacturers & inventors to imagine, develop, deliver and sustain built environments that are intuitive, intentional and high-value. His goal is to leverage existing technologies in novel ways, promote the development and acceptance of new technologies, and contemplate future technologies that will improve the buildings where we live, work, recover, worship, relax and play. Over the last 30 years Jody has worked with organizations including U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IESNA), American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), RPI’s Lighting Research Center (LRC), and many others. Jody has also worked as a consultant to utility companies, lighting and automation manufacturers, universities, and state and federal governments. His pursuits have brought him to dozens of nations and four continents. In his current role as Vice President for ICT and Data Infrastructure at W B Brawley, Jody’s role is to identify opportunities, build partnerships, develop solutions, deliver high-value infrastructures, and eliminate risk associated with data transmission.
